Become a member of Lakeview Ratepayers Association
We have two types of membership:
Regular Member
Any person of the age of 18 years or older whose place of residence is in the Lakeview Ratepayers boundaries shall be eligible for membership and shall become a member of the Association upon the payment of the annual fee of ten dollars $10.00. Membership fees allow for full voting rights at the Annual General Meeting, fees are renewed annually.
Associate Member
a) Any person of the age of 18 years or older whose place of residence is not within the Lakeview Ratepayers boundaries shall be eligible for Associate membership
b) A business owner whose business is within the Lakeview Ratepayers boundaries shall be eligible for Associate membership.
c) Associate members may attend all meetings (AGM, Executive etc.) and have a voice, but no voting rights
d) An Associate membership fee will be determined by the LRA Executive on an annual basis.
Becoming a Member
Membership fees are used to support the organizations events and initiatives for the benefit of the membership and community.

To become a member please fill out the form and mail it along with a cheque (or pay online see below) to the address on the form or send a filled in PDF copy of the form to admin@lakeviewratepayers.com.
It’s now easier to renew your membership for Lakeview Ratepayers. Simply pay your annual Membership through e-transfer.
Membership Payment On-Line: Go to your on-line banking. Find the Interac e-transfer area. Choose account, amount and ensure you add Lakeview Ratepayers Association as a recipient, use email admin@lakeviewratepayers.com and make sure you add your name into the message section. No password is required, this will go directly to our email, that will then be accepted by us and deposited to our account.
Annual General Meeting (AGM)
November 9, 2022: AGM – Held at the Army, Navy and Air Force.
Election of the Board. The membership elected three members to the Board for a 2-year term. An additional six members of the Lakeview Ratepayers Board of Directors were elected at the 2021 AGM and will continue for the second year of their 2-year term. November 24, 2021: AGM – Online Virtual Meeting
